This is a reminder that you can request to use our conference room for small meetings or gatherings. Are you looking for a space to meet with your colleagues or fellow students, to collaborate or work on projects side by side? Or are you in a student group looking for a space to gather? You are invited to reserve time in the Humanities Institute conference room in the 455 suite. This room seats at least 12, with a whiteboard and projection screen. AV equipment is also available. There is a galley kitchen nearby, with a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle.

If you'd like to come by and use the space, someone is generally present from 9-5 during the week. Stop in to see Nick Spitulski (Hagerty 454) or Megan Moriarty (Hagerty 456), and ask to see the room. 

Note that this semester, the room is used as a classroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 4 pm, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 am - 12:30 pm. The room is unavailable at those times.
