Humanities Institute Conference Room Reservation Form

Reservations will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified via email if the time you requested is available. Available times for reservations are during the business hours of the Humanities Institute- 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Note that scheduled classes take precedence in conference room reservations. 

The person requesting the room is responsible for cleaning it when finished and leaving it as you found it. This includes cleaning the whiteboard, removing trash, wiping the tables, picking up debris off the floor and cleaning the kitchen, if used.

Notes on tech equipment: there is the flat screen monitor and HDMI hookup available, but no computer or webcam in the room. An OWL videoconferencing camera can be loaned upon request if available. HI staff will not be available for tech assistance.

Our meeting space in the 455 Hagerty Hall suite seats approximately 12 people at the conference table.

Your group is responsible for all food cleanup. This includes removing trash, wiping the tables, picking up debris off the floor and cleaning the kitchen, if used.
