  • Sample Historic Recipes: Visit stations featuring bite-sized samples and traditional dishes straight from the Medieval and Renaissance eras.
  • Chat with the Cooks: Meet the students, faculty and community members behind the dish. Discover where they found their recipes, how they adapted unusual ingredients and the stories behind each dish.
