Andrew Hudgins' books of poems have been finalists for the Pultizer Prize and the National Book Award. He teaches English at The Ohio State University. His memoir The Joker came out in June.
Donald Ray Pollock's story collection Knockemstiff won the PEN/Robert Bingham Fellowship, and his novel The Devil All the Time was listed as one of the ten best books of 2011 by Publisher's Weekly.
Margot Singer's story collection The Pale of Settlement won the Flannery O'Connor Award for Short Fiction. She teaches and directs the creative writing program at Denison University.
Scott Woods is the author of We Over Here Now. He emcees the Writers' Block Poetry Night, an open mic series in Columbus.
