This virtual event will focus on the history and current agenda of ethnic studies in a time of racial injustice. Leaders from renowned ethnic studies units across the country will discuss their own experiences running their respective programs while also engaging the OSU community in a conversation about the future of ethnic studies on our campus and beyond.

We are honored to be joined by Chon Noriega (Department of Film, Television, and Digital Media and Director of Chicano Studies Research Center at UCLA), Anna Guevarra (Founding Director of the Global Asian Studies Program at the University of Illinois, Chicago), and Tiffany Lee (Department and Chair of Native American Studies at University of New Mexico).
