The second in a series of events from the Imagined Futures Working Group, this event will be hosted by ASC's Career Success Office. Maddie Kindig (Assistant Director for Graduate Student Professional Success) will give tips and pointers about how grad students can track down compelling internships. A roundtable of OSU grad students who have won grants from the Career Accelerator Fund in the past will also present. This event is intended largely for grad students in the humanities. Refreshments will be served.

Imagined Futures aims to build a culture of support for career development in which graduate students understand how their transferable skills can serve communities and employers, their advisors support their ambitions through informed planning, and their graduate programs enable their growth and celebrate their achievements.
Working in partnership with the Global Arts+Humanities Cross-Disciplinary Research Exchange, this Humanities Institute Working Group is convening faculty, staff, students, and administrators to work toward these goals.
The Humanities Institute and its related centers host a wide range of events, from intense discussions of works in progress to cutting-edge presentations from world-known scholars, artists, activists and everything in between.
We value in-person engagement at our events as we strive to amplify the energy in the room. To submit an accommodation request, please send your request to Cody Childs, childs.97@osu.edu.
