General Event Information

Please be sure to first check the HCC Events calendar in Outlook to make sure there will be no conflicts with other center/program events. Avoid same-day requests if possible, but if necessary, please allow at least two hours before/after previously-scheduled events so that staff have sufficient time to provide needed support.

Our meeting and event space in 198A Hagerty Hall seats approximately 12-15 in classroom format (with tables), approximately 25-30 theater-style format.
