A number of grant and scholarships are currently being offered by our centers for the first half of the semester.  

Melton Center

The Samuel M. Melton and George M. & Renee K. Levine Graduate Fellowships in Jewish Studies:  two fellowships at the graduate level. The deadline to apply for both is February 1. Find more information here. 

Melton Center Annual Scholarships and Awards: a variety of scholarships and awards available to undergraduate and graduate students. Deadlines vary by scholarship/award, with the first deadline on March 1. Find more information here.

Center for the Study of Religion

The Robert L. and Phyllis J. Iles Award for Graduate Study of Myth: an annual award to a graduate student who is working on myth, broadly concieved. The deadline to apply is February 16. Find more information here.

The Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies

Nicholas G. Howe Memorial Fund: funding for graduate students working on any aspect of the Middle Ages or Renaissance. First preference will be given to students traveling to appropriate research repositories, second preference to students traveling to conferences/seminars. The deadline to apply is March 1. Find more information here.

The Center for Ethnic Studies

Student Travel and Research Grants: funding in support of students' research activities, conference participation, and other academically-oriented travel needs. Travel is not necessary to apply. The deadline is March 22. Find more information here.
